Well written Gautam👏. As easy as it sounds, living in the present is quite challenging as the idea of ' present or now' itself is illusory or maya. I have also observed that people appreciate the importance of 'now' once life gets a bit smooth and serene. For a man in a prison or with no shelter, nothing can stop him from getting anxious about the future or living in the past. It's only the saints or the wise that's able to forget time or life's struggle and live momentarily. Even somebody like the Buddha failed to live life with gratitude as one of his 4 Nobel truths talk about life as nothing but struggle/suffering (dhukha) until the end of the samsara. However, realizing the importance of now and actually living it is an indispensable sattva! Thanks for the nice read bud :)

For me, the world arose as I was born. The world will cease to exist when I die. Everything before and after my birth, the history and paradise is Māyā
